Many of us struggle with saying no. We say yes to anything that anyone asks of us, out of fear. Fear of letting someone down, not giving our all, or disappointing someone important to us. We let ourselves down, though, when we can’t learn to say no to the things that aren’t good for us, because it leaves little room for the yeses that we desire.
